January 2023 Decluttering Challenge

Spend 15 minutes decluttering your kitchen cupboards. A couple of options for this:

•Pick your messiest cupboard. Pull out obvious trash first. Pull out anything you don't want anymore and put it in the donation bin. Pull out anything that doesn't belong in there and set it aside to put away at the end of your 15 minutes. Organize what's left (decluttering more as you go if you missed something).


•Go through all your cupboards quickly, pulling out the trash, donation items, and "don't belongs" as you go and doing some minimal tidying.

If you have more than 15 minutes today, go ahead and empty your messiest cabinet, but only if you have more time. The goal for the challenge is small, consistent actions. You don't go to the gym and bench press your body weight on the first day. You have to build muscle first. This month is about building muscle.
